  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications: Any information you provide when contacting us for support or inquiries.

b. Information Collected Automatically

  • Call Data: Incoming call recordings, transcriptions, caller phone numbers, call duration, and AI-generated call summaries.
  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and other browsing behavior collected via Google Analytics.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with our website. See Section 8 for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our AI receptionist service
  • Configure and train your custom AI assistant based on your business details
  • Process transactions and manage your subscription
  • Send call summaries, notifications, and service-related communications

  • Vapi.ai: Our voice AI platform provider that processes calls on our behalf.
  • Twilio: Our telephony provider for phone number provisioning and call routing.
  • ElevenLabs: Our voice synthesis provider for natural-sounding AI voices.
  • OpenAI: Our AI model provider for natural language understanding.
  • Google: Google Calendar API (if you connect your calendar) and Google Analytics for anonymized website usage statistics.
  • Stripe: Our payment processor for subscription billing.
  • RB2B / Retention.com: Our visitor identification partner (see Section 8).

We may also disclose your information if required by law, in response to legal process, to protect the rights or safety of our company or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information as follows:

  • Call recordings and transcriptions: 90 days from the date of the call.
  • Account and business information: For the duration of your subscription and 30 days after cancellation.
  • Payment records: As required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
  • Secure password hashing (bcrypt)
  • Role-based access controls

7. HIPAA Compliance
